After Rehab

After Recovery

What happens after rehab is just as important as what happens during treatment. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on discharge planning. We want you to continue to continue to maintain the sobriety you achieved during your stay. Your discharge plan provides recommendations to help you stay sober and substance free.

Discharge Planning

To prepare you for success after you leave our program and to make sure you have the tools and support you need, you will receive an individualized plan to meet the needs of your life situation.

The discharge planning process begins on admission and continues throughout your treatment. The result of this ongoing planning process is a customized discharge plan. We tailor the discharge plan to meet the unique needs of your situation.

Our discharge plans include continuing Christian-based 12-step work and involvement in your local church. We also recommend clinical and psychological treatment, as needed, to support your recovery goals.

Rebuilding Family Relationships

Family relationships are often deeply damaged by addiction. That's why an important part of maintaining long-term sobriety is focused on rebuilding family relationships. These relationships may not be rebuilt overnight, but as time passes, they can be mended and repaired. As these relationships grow and strengthen, they can help maintain long-term recovery.
