What to Expect

Program Overview
8Oaks Recovery Center is a licensed drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility committed to helping individuals reclaim their lives from addiction through a structured, multi-phase recovery program. Our approach combines clinical support, practical life skills, and spiritual guidance to promote lasting sobriety and personal growth.

PHP & IOP Treatment
The first phase of our program offers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) levels of care. Clients receive personalized treatment led by licensed therapists and certified substance abuse counselors. Weekly individual therapy sessions are provided along with group sessions focused on:
- Relapse prevention
- Recovery education
- Coping strategies
- Money management
- Life skills development
- Pastoral support
- Case management
This phase is designed to address the root causes of addiction and build a strong foundation for long-term recovery.
Set on 77 peaceful acres in the heart of Westpoint, TN, our specialized recovery cabin offers a quiet, restorative environment—free from the distractions and pressures of urban life.

Sober Living
Upon completion of PHP/IOP, clients transition into our Sober Living program. This phase emphasizes reintegration into daily life with continued structure and accountability. Clients are supported in securing employment, required to attend at least two group meetings per week, and encouraged to participate in church and community service. Regular random drug screenings ensure ongoing sobriety, and clients are expected to uphold a clean and sober lifestyle at all times.

Halfway Housing
The third phase is Halfway Housing, available to individuals who have maintained at least one year of sobriety. In this stage, residents live in a shared home with up to six men, continue to work full-time, and contribute to rent. Residents are expected to comply with a 10:00 PM curfew and are subject to random drug testing. This phase provides a stable, supportive environment where individuals can practice independent living while staying connected to the recovery community.
